Deposits & Payment
A 20% deposit is required to make your booking and confirm your date. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the payment is to be paid 14 days prior to the booking date or will risk late fees. If you have not paid the balance by the wedding day and not made contact, we will not show up.
For cancellations please let us know at least 72hours prior to your appointment or you will be liable to pay the full amount of your booking. Cancellations made 28days prior or less you will be liable for 50% of your booking to cover our loss of income.
A travel fee may be added to your booking depending on location. Extra fees may be incurred if the artist/stylist is to be travelling at peak traffic times. Any parking costs are to covered by you, the client.
All brushes, tools and makeup/hair products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every persons application. If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind, you must advise at the time of booking. The Coiffure Chic stylist/artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.
The client agrees that Coiffure Chic may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.
You are required to let us know a minimum of one month before the wedding about any booking changes eg; bridesmaids hair styles or makeup, start and finish time, adding or removing any services. For removal of any services a 50% of service total may be incurred, to help cover our loss of income.
Please make sure all persons hair is freshly washed the day of your wedding/trial unless otherwise advised by your Coiffure Chic stylist.
